2020 Business Update

Dear Valued Clients and Business Partners,

This message is to inform you that in early June, Rock Transfer & Storage, Inc. (RTS) will start the transition of our remote staff back to the office as part of our business operation Return to Work initiative that was developed by our Leadership Team.  RTS has been in full scale operation as an essential business since the early part of March but like most companies we made some operational changes to best protect our employees and customers alike. In early March we immediately put into effect the following safety measures and recommendations that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued for small area work facilities to include the following;

  • Social distancing practices for all on-site personnel and visitors
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) available for all staff and visitors
  • Regular professional office sanitization
  • Disinfecting products and hand sanitizers placed throughout the office and work areas
  • Frequent hand washing policies and procedures
  • Limiting employee gatherings to essential personnel only

Effective Tuesday, June 1, we are back to normal full scale on-site business operations and as we transition back to that level of activity RTS will continue to make the safety of our staff, clients and community our top priority.

As an essential business RTS wanted to ensure that that the needs of our clients and business partners were met and RTS is very fortunate to have a team of dedicated professionals who have worked both on-site and remotely throughout the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. We are very proud of our team for their hard work, dedication and what they’ve been able to accomplish during these challenging and unprecedented times.

We plan to continue to provide the same high level of service and performance that you’ve become accustomed to throughout the years and look forward to working with all of you for many years to come.

Your business is greatly appreciated.
